ZTE C320 аварійне перезавантаження GTGH плат.

Доброго дня, колеги!

 

Зіткнувся з проблемою, яку не можу довгий час вирішити. Почали нестабільно працювати GTGH (16 портові GPON лінійні карти) плати на одній з ОЛТ, а саме періодично перезавантажуються. Проблема почалася раптово. З прошивкою   V1.2.5P2.

Хочу зауважити, що в мережі працює ще декілька ОЛТ з аналогічним конфігом, прошивками і апаратною начинкою. 

 

Що було зроблено, щоб спробувати вирішити проблему:

 

 

1. Була замінена SMXA та одна з GTGH плат. - ситуація не змінилася

2. Був підключений новий блок живлення - ситуація не змінилася

3. Оновлено до прошивки V1.2.5P3. Працювати з ОЛТ стало зручніше. ОЛТ став не так тормозити. Плати перезавантажуються все одно.

4. Наразі зроблений даунгрейд до V1.2.5P2 злитої з ОЛТ яка в мережі працює нормально. - спостерігаю.

 

На ОЛТ працюють 4 види ону (на інших ОЛТ теж такі самі):

OLT скаржиться тільки на NGPON та TP-LINK.

 

Ці ону були замінені на ZTE F-660  і ОЛТ пропрацював тихо 5 діб в тому числі вихідні. Після з'явилось близько 40 нових faked onu. Спроба вимкнути всі сфп і вмикати по одній, щоб визначити можливий флуд не увінчалась успіхом. З дерев сигналу немає.

 

Ще незрозумілостей додав факт, що під час тестів перезавантажилася плата, на якій sfp були shutdown.

c300 gtgh плата в павер сейві, всі пони виключені. в логи сипить

Доброго дня підскажіть періодично перегружається карта GTGH G незалежно від часу. що це може бути? Можливо це через зависокий сигнал з онушок? чи якась проблема з платою, після перезагрузки видає помилку в логах inner port down.
