[bdcom 3310b onu zte F401 не работает loopback detect]

Доброго времени суток

подскажите пожалуйста как заставить работать  loopback detect на связке 3310b + zte F401

 

пробовал так

epon onu all-port loopback detect

команда не проходит

 

и вот так

epon onu all-port ctc loopback detect

команда проходит но loopback detect не работает (при создании петли на порту ону отваливается olt)
