Iproute-cbq

Стояла у меня линуха 2.4 Мастер, щас поставил серверную, так вот на 2.4 использовал cbq73 для ограничения разумееся, тут тоже захотел, не получилось, пишет хрень одну, потом увидел в пакетах iproute-cbq, поставил и выдает опять тоже самое, непонимаю че от меня оно хочет поясните плз
