You're not just grabbing junk; you're chasing a weird little slice of history while ARC units are trying to turn you into scrap. Before you even drop, it helps to know what you're hunting and what's worth pocket space, especially if you've been stocking up on ARC Raiders Items and don't want to lose a decent loadout to a bad route. What you actually need to do The objectives are simple on paper: 1) pick up a Deflated Football, 2) find a Bicycle Pump, 3) take a photo of the goal post in the Dam Battlegrounds, and 4) take a photo of the football magazines in the Buried City. The trick is doing it without hanging around too long. This quest punishes dawdling, because both areas have sightlines that make you feel safe right up until you hear metal footsteps behind you. Dam Battlegrounds: the guaranteed football and the first photo The Deflated Football is the easy part, and it's thankfully not a random drop. Head to the Water Towers in the Dam Battlegrounds and look for the quest container near the base of one tower; it's a fixed spawn, so don't waste time sweeping the whole zone. Once you've got it, don't sprint around like you've won—this area is open and people love to watch it. For the photo, you're after the old goal post nearby. Get close enough that it fills the frame, snap it, then move. If you stay in the open fiddling with the camera, you're basically volunteering to be third-partied. Buried City: the pump grind and the magazine shot The Bicycle Pump is the annoying piece because it's just regular loot. Your best odds are toolboxes, maintenance rooms, back offices, and garages—anywhere you'd expect hand tools. Buried City is ideal for this since it has more containers packed into tight spaces, but it's also where fights spiral fast. Clear a building quickly, check the utility stashes, then rotate. For the second photo, look for the small kiosk stands that feel like old news booths. Inside you'll spot football magazines; aim the camera so the covers are obvious and the objective should pop without you needing a perfect artsy angle. Turning it in without throwing the reward away Once you've got both items and both photos, play it boring: take the safest extract, not the closest one. The payout is solid early—Aviator Outfit (Faded Flush) plus Tagging Grenades and Firecrackers—and the tagging grenades are legit useful when a fight gets messy and you need quick info. If you're trying to speed up your progression or replace lost kit between runs, a lot of players also lean on marketplaces like U4GM to grab gear and items without spending all night gambling on loot spawns.
