настройка xl2tp

установил xl2tpd

соединение проходит, обмен с инетом идет, но почемуто режется скорость на закачку с инета около 512-700 кбит

ограничений никаких нет:

может какието настройки надо сделать в самом xl2tpd.conf ?

 

ЗЫ: только что обнаружил: если скачивать несколько файлов одновременно, то каждому файлу выделяется полоса примерно 512-700 кбит. получается xl2tpd режет скорость для каждого потока ????
