Проблема с Ericsson Redback Smartedge SE100 отваливаются интерфейсы

Отпадают все интерфейсы на Ericsson Redback Smartedge SE100. После того, как появилась данная проблема - открыли устройство пропылесосили, посмотрели вздутых конденсаторов нет на плате и т.п. На вид выглядит нормально, в лог пишет:
