1. System Administrator
We are looking for System Administrator for technical support for our customers.
Our company develops a platform for billing and administration for ISP. We have branches in US, Czech Republic and Ukraine.
Development offices are located in Ukraine, Rivne, Kavkaz’ka Str. 3 and Kharkiv, Moskovskyj Prospekt
Splynx is being used in almost 400 companies all around the globe.
Requirements:
SQL Knowledge
Linux (Ubuntu, Debian)
TCP/IP Networking knowledge is a bonus

Responsibilities and tasks:
Perform technical consultations and support
Daily contact with customers
Collect technical information about the customer’s network and transform it into a technical project
Support the sales team in pre-sales activities
Deploy software solution in customers networks
Participate in support, troubleshooting and documentation
Prepare migrations, work with scripts with REST API, Netconf, SQL
Requirements:
TCP/IP networking knowledge on Cisco CCNP level
Experience with Mikrotik RoutersOS, Ubiquity
Linux/Unix experience is a must
Ability to speak English
