Имею список актуальный список открытых http прокси. Некоторых провайдеры реагируют на уведомления адекватно и закрывают эти прокси. А некоторые провайдеры вообще на контакт не идут. Про неактуальные данные в RIPE я уже молчу... В связи с этим вопрос, стоит ли публиковать здесь списки "нерадивых" провайдеров?
