Здравствуйте, Извините меня но я буду писать на англйиском языке I have an Internet access from lanet.ua, for the past month I've been monitoring an almost constant congestion of pretty much all links that Lanet has with the outside world. During peak hours this even result in a huge increase of RTT and packet loss in transit.
