Перегружаеться сервер

Уже 4 день подряд перегружаеться сервер маршрутизации

Понимаю что изза dummynet, но что именно незнаю. На сервере ничего не менялось.

Помогите пожалуйста разобраться.

Да это еще шикарно 2 раза в день, у нас 1 раз в два-пять дней NASы ребутились, ставил ping localhost, и постоянно наблюдал и как только начинались дропы снимал статистику, пробывал тут же на лету увеличивать буферы и т.д. ни чего не помогало и через пару-тройку минут NAS уходил в ребут.

Freebsd 9, пробывал откатываться на 8. MPD5.6, pptp, ipfw nat, ospf, карты broadcom. Ребуты происходили не зависимо от нагрузки, кол-ва тунелей и времени суток. Причем если в момент падения сервера выключить нат, то его работа сразу же стабилизировалась. В итоге перешли на pf.

Сервер маршрутизации с биллингом NoDeny. Устанавливалось с коробки

Может проблема с винтами? Стоит RAID 5. Можно ли их проверить удалённо?

Попробуйте перейти на pf, у вас ядро собрано с его поддержкой, делов две минуты пользователи даже ничего не заметят.

ну с коробки по доке всё на pf, кроме того что он в ядре

Попробуйте обновится до 9 версии, вырубите я ядре inet6, отключите проверку контрольных сумм на интерфейсе, dummynet заменить на ng_car если биллинг позволяет. MPD какой у Вас?

mpd нету, привязка по IP+MAC выдаеться DHCP сервером клиентам

была такая ситуация! тоже биллинг ноудени

 

Решил:

Ядро 64 бит

С ядра все лишнее убрано!

+ сетевую поставил em0

А просто сетевую поставить не помогло?

Не экспериментировал когда сервер начал пару раз в день перегружаться - сразу на тестовом компе настроил заново систему с теми параметрами что выше написал, переставил винты и работаем дальше!
