    If you buy from us, you can directly reach to our technician for tech support, no need to ask for help from others? Our technician will remote control to fix it. It's just we currently have XGSPON or GPON line card and stop production of XGPON line card, because XGSPON combo line card, it includs XGPON line card. (And Huawei line card is not match with our chassis now, a lot of clients asked this question before)

    I'm agree with you, dear. As consumer, you have the right and proper consideration. For OLT, it is a complicated device, many brands start to creat its own system to lock all the clients, but we are not going to do that. About quality, they will know it after test. And we used to OEM OLT/ONU and Switch for other brand before, such as D-link, ZYXEL (you may found our switch similar), and most of our clients are operators, ISP, like China Mobile, Poctenekom, that why we are not famous as other brand. But now, we want to start to bulid our brand now, even it's harder in these time, too much competition, but we still got our strength. Huawei, ZTE thet are also small company in 1990s, so do we now. But we are not start with zero, we have a great R&D team, they offering 24/7 hours tech support, directly to clients, offering remote control tech support, 1 year warranty and free lifetime tech support! You just contact our sales or technician directly for tech support, no need to ask help from community. Most of our clients gave us positive feedback about our tech support, a client come to China for suppliers visit and stop by to visit our technician for his great work, it's just a pity that he was in USA for business trip, they didn't meet in person. And shipment, most of our clients they have trust shipper, we just send goods to his/her shipper directly. I know it's hard to trust a stranger from online, you may meet a cheater, or you may find a trustful person that you two can even be best friend. But that's an interesting part of internation trade, all you have to learn it identify the good suppliers and the bad ones. BTW, our OLT doesn't setting any restrictions to other brand ONUs and SFPs!
