Требуется ли настройка RAIO format string для свитча или абонентских ONT ?

Давайте не будем вводить людей в заблуждение, позвонил Ваш директор, сказал, что отправил ОЛТ, на что я сказал - в Вашем районе, как раз, есть наш сотрудник, завтра сможет к Вам подъехать, Ваш директор дал команду вернуть ОЛТ с НП. Приехал наш сотрудник показал Вам на ваши ошибки, проверил работоспособность железа, подключил онушки, всё настроил и уехал. Все что он делал видели вы и Ваше руководство, делать какую-то тайну в конфигурации ОЛТ, как вы пишите "магические символы", нет смысла, так как все заинтересованы в работе. Я бы просто порекомендовал Вам прочитать инструкцию, да согласен, что мануал большой, но вариантов нет - нужно не лениться и читать. Добра Вам. ЗЫ. Проблема которая возникла изначально, была успешно решена - проблема была в прошивке. Давайте не будем оправдываться и ссылаться на директоров. Я написал как было. В точности и без прикрас. Ваше оборудование ведет себя неадекватно. В частности, ответьте: в чем причина того, что присланная вами железяка отвалилась и что конкретно делал ваш специалист на месте, чтобы привести её в чувство? Оба конфига на этом форуме. Есть ошибки - укажите их для все, кто в последствии будет пользоваться данным оборудованием. Ваш специалист ничего не объяснил, так как сам ничего не понял. Он произвел сброс оборудования и настройку - все. После этого ONT заводятся нормально, причем теми же командами, какими мы пытались заводить их ранее. Чудеса? А кому нужны такие чудеса? Где гарантия, что завтра железяка не отвалится снова и тысяча абонентов не повиснут в воздухе ожидая приезда вашего специалиста, который опять молча настроит её и опять уедет ни сказав ни слова? Что касается реплик относительно "читать", я бы посоветовал вам, параллельно с продажами, наладить техподдержку, чтобы по простым вопросам было к кому обращаться по телефону, а не отнимать время у людей на форумах. Посмотрите на IC Line и их персонал, далеко ходить не надо, все в пределах этого форума. И поверьте - ничего личного. Хорошего дня.

И что вы думаете? Нами была сброшена конфигурация OLT, уже практически отправили Новой Почтой, как раздается звонок от продавана "я еду к вам настраивать". Хорошо, забираем, приезжает и настраивает. И о чудо! Все ONT онлайн и при тех же манипуляциях нет никаких проблем - все поднимается! На вопрос что было вчера и почему не работало ответа не получили. Конфиг текущий ниже, прошу коллективно посмотреть и найти отличия (ясное дело не по данным регистрации ONT, они могут отличатся, скорее интересуют магические скрытые символы в глобальной конфигурации OLT) с тем конфигом, который есть в этой теме несколькими постами ранее. Для проверки статуса ONT добавлять ont port и service-port не обязательно. Значения не имеет, не становились онлайн и при указании этих параметров - только время терял. ont first 0 0 добавляется если подтверждать ont confirm 0 all, подтверждал и персонально каждую и скопом - как угодно. И посмотрите выше, там указано как добавлялась последняя : ont add 0 sn-auth то есть id добавляет olt исходя из текущего значения, не руками. Можно конечно и так ont add 0 1 sn-auth

ОЛТ пошить не пробывали? ОЛТ не наш, есть обязательства перед поставщиками. В частности, категорически запретили прошивать в сопроводительной записке. Мы люди ответственные и обязательные, что просили - все выполняем в точности. Однако, от ссылки на прошивку не откажусь. Это можно выполнить. Сделаю прямо сейчас.

Если vlan объявлен на MA5683, то смотрите что указано в качестве шлюза на Sw-3200-26, если не MA5683, то так и будет, как Вы сказали - выше MA5683 никто не увидит Sw-3200-26

Все амбициозные до крайности, зато таким недоумкам можно много не платить и вешать лапшу на уши, рассказывая какие они хорошие специалисты и как им скоро много будут платить, не то что тем, кто был до них. Но знаю кто и могу указать пальцем. я даже видел как на 2к взяли аДмина , убытков было больше чем зп, если не впадать в крайности то я кратко написал что должен сетевой инженер (не техник и не оператор !), для меня "админ" это инженер со всеми вытекающими задачами которые он должен выполнять. Важно чтобы Вы понимали, что адекватный специалист работать не пойдёт на таких условиях, а универсал-на-все-руки-мастер это действительно 2000 гривен. Он и инженер, он и системный администратор, он и техник, он и монтажник. Многорукая Шива. Узкая специализация подразумевает глубокие знания и большую зарплату. Такие специалисты работают в конторах с четким распределением труда и обязанностей, а не в компаниях где персонал сталкивают лбами и выбирают кто подешевле обходится.

Важно, чтобы колбаса в магазинах не дорожала. А там пусть развлекаются как хотят.
